Canadian Chinese Table Tennis Association (CCTTA) is one of the top and largest not-for-profit table tennis associations in Canada. It is also a well-known organization among communities and receives funding supports from different levels of government and Ontario Trillium Foundation.

It is not easy to run an organization with over 600 members. You can imagine how extremely challenging it had been as the old website had no features to make announcements, post event information, showcase pictures, collect feedback and so forth. Everything relied on paper works and word of mouth and every change to website had to be done by programmers.

ITnovator gave the website a new life with emphasis on its value proposition, communication and easy of system management. A professional, elegant, user-friendly design reflecting their organization brand, plus a 3D modelled splash entry page highlighting the importance of table tennis in international diplomatic history, were provided to meet the high-end requirements of this brand. For solving the communication problem, a section for broadcasting news, event highlights and gallery were incorporated into the website. Each news update also allows collecting comments from members or communities. The website was made as search engine friendly as possible.

CCTTA was very happy with their new site as they had more control over it. There is also a dramatic increase in the website traffic after the launch of the new website. These change immediately caught advertisers attention for advertising.

GDMS was an enterprise level project. It was challenging, motivating project and after much hard work, dedicating time and efforts, our team successfully delivered what the client needed resulting in a much improved online SAAS system with smoother workflow. Our team used AJAX technology to provide Rich Client work environment with more efficient user experience. Their requirement was to organize different level of privileges into Top Admin, Unit Admin, Staff and Customer. It is to allow one administrator to manage several units and those units manage several employees under them. Batch management, cargo management, day to day deliveries, delivery status updates, staff information, user accounts, pick-up schedule, schedule reports, creating and printing invoices and bar code scanning were some of the key features of this web application.

They were happy getting rid of their old, outdated and inefficient system and moving ahead by adapting to the latest technologies making their business run faster and smoother. We were also able to build a healthy and friendly relationship with our client and provided them extra features and benefits as good customer support

A color scheme and design style was developed to brand the company. Many days were also spent to come up with a solid design and structure of the website. Couple of meetings and reviews on the website design was done to ensure the client was informed and their needs were met. The result was a small, cute and fully loaded e-commerce solution ready to their business on a journey.

Their website also integrated a Flash slideshow, CMS (Content Management System) enabling the administrator to upload new products, new pictures, update prices, details, manage order, deliveries & content on the pages. The client was satisfied with the speed & quality of work delivered to him & came back to us wanting to add more features on the website.
