Job Description
Prepare and process all sales documents accurately while ensuring compliance requirements are fulfilled.
Field calls from agents and clients, ensuring the questions or requests are handled in a timely and effective manner.
Keep accurate track of closed/pending deals, CS documents, and mail.
Schedule and prepare meeting requests for Account Managers, agents, and clients.
Prepare and assemble marketing packages for seminars and meetings.
Monitor and ensure a timely resolve on pending transfers of registered funds.
