Qualifications
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of proper telephone and email etiquette
  • Handle numerous types of telephone calls
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage tight and changing priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrate a professional appearance at all times, and observe company dress code
Job Description
  • Prepare and process all sales documents accurately while ensuring compliance requirements are fulfilled.
  • Field calls from agents and clients, ensuring the questions or requests are handled in a timely and effective manner.
  • Keep accurate track of closed/pending deals, CS documents, and mail.
  • Schedule and prepare meeting requests for Account Managers, agents, and clients.
  • Prepare and assemble marketing packages for seminars and meetings.
  • Monitor and ensure a timely resolve on pending transfers of registered funds.
