Qualifications

3 or more years of recently demonstrated project management competency as a project manager for IT & Web development @ design projects.
Post secondary education or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Experience with Microsoft Project Professional.

Job Description

Provide an interface between the facilities project team and IT infrastructure team that can assess the IT needs and facilitate the implementation of technical solutions.
Manage project planning sessions to establish scope, assumptions, constraints, deliverables, interim milestones, work breakdown structure and timelines.
Develop the work breakdown structure to facilitate communication with team members and stakeholders
Establish the project control and monitoring guidelines.
Prepare weekly status updates including updates on top issues, risks and variances.
Promote best practices and project management competency
Actively identify new areas for learning, and regularly create and take advantage of learning opportunities to obtain new skills (advancements) with respect to graphic, web design, and related technical;
